The hotel is beautiful and clean with pleasant sea views. The a la carte breakfast is free and offers a wide range of food. The location is beachfront, close to a great restaurant, offering good value. The daily service is top-notch.

The location is marvelous and stunning, just a short 10-15 minute walk from Wailea Golf Club. It's near fantastic dining options like KO and another new restaurant owned and managed by Fairmont. Surrounded by beautiful beaches and delicious food options.

The staff here is very welcoming and always willing to help with anything.

The hotel has a fantastic location near the Shops at Wailea and the main beach. Smooth check-in and late check-out made our stay luxurious. The swim-up bar and pool are amazing.

The location is wonderful, just a mile away from a beautiful sandy beach, and the staff here is very friendly and helpful, with a great manager overseeing them.

The place is gorgeous and clean. The staff at Bell service was welcoming. Our room was kept very clean by housekeeping. The room had a bathroom and an ironing board available.

our stay at the fairmont was amazing! after staying at the four seasons before, we weren't sure what to expect, but fairmont exceeded all our expectations. the service was exceptional, from the warm and welcoming staff to the easy texting system for any requests. having a crib in the cabana and a large crib in the room made traveling with our young children a breeze. we will definitely be back!

The restaurant was top-notch from the keiki menu, we ordered excellent dishes. The bathroom was luxurious, with a separate shower. Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of an outdoor mall. The check in was smooth and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel.

We had booked a room suite for 4 people and a baby. The bed room was fine but the hide a bed mattress was terrible. We also f Hd no pillows for that bed. Our balconey faced the road so it was noicey. The porter hen he finally came for our lougage told us we had his work cut out for him.

The set up, the rooms are very comfy, very quiet at night, food is delicious, very close to the Four Seasons so yoy can walk there for a dinner experience at night.

Great staff, large luxurious rooms, and beautiful relaxing grounds- very family and kid friendly, unlike the stuffy Four Seasons. Also just the right amount of staff to guest ratio, not too many people on the property. It was our fourth stay there and look forward to coming back again! See ya soon Kea Lani!

Book your luau early! Do not wait till you arrive! And Do Not do a deep sea fishing trip! Rent your own boat instead. We went twice and did not catch fish! This was nOt booked through the Fairmont though.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel in Maui. The suite I stayed in had breathtaking ocean views from the lanai. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience truly fantastic. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the property was family-friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Maui.
